The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Beatriz 08. In the 19th minute there was a penalty for Sporting Buceo. Gutierrre Valseca stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Abel Meira. 2-1. After 23 played minutes Sporting Buceo got a freekick which was hit by Gutierrre Valseca. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Clementi Llamosas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sporting Buceo's supporters rose to their feet, but Clementi Llamosas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abel Meira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rene Calleja hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Abel Meira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clementi Llamosas, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. A collision led to Sporting Buceo getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Rene Calleja hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Sporting Buceo's Rene Calleja got a free kick in the 44th minute. If Roberto Pinhal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

When Roberto Pinhal fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Beatriz 08's protests and gave Roberto Pinhal a yellow card for diving instead. After 60 played minutes FC Beatriz 08 got a freekick which was hit by Roberto Pinhal. Martxel Bernia who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 69thth minute tested the skills of Abel Meira when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Abel Meira made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Clementi Llamosas sent off a good shot on target. After 92 minutes, Álvaro Semedo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Beatriz 08 and the Sporting Buceo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Álvaro Semedo kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. The supporters of FC Beatriz 08 booed when Sporting Buceo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sidoro Romeu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel.
