The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lenny Delsart charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lenny Delsart the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 3 played minutes Royal PSG got a freekick which was hit by Lenny Delsart. Maurice Chalaye recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Maurice Chalaye had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th play minute Lenny Delsart came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Robbin Roggen. 1-0. Robbin Roggen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maurice Chalaye, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Robbin Roggen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maurice Chalaye, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paul Guillevic who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 28thth minute tested the skills of Robbin Roggen when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 30 minutes into the game, Yanne Wynaerts was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zero Gravity's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Royal PSG the free kick. After a rather tough play, Zero Gravity's Yanne Wynaerts got a free kick in the 31st minute. 33 minutes into the game, Brendan Queinnec was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Royal PSG's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zero Gravity the free kick. Brendan Queinnec hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Robbin Roggen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maurice Chalaye in the 38th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 40 minutes into the game, when Jason Gaulin put in a rough tackle. Paul Boulais showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jullian Van Castel in the 43rd minute of the match. After 44 played minutes Zero Gravity got a freekick which was hit by Benoit Van Heurick. When Maurice Chalaye fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Royal PSG's protests and gave Maurice Chalaye a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Royal PSG getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Maurice Chalaye hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Paul Guillevic received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Robbin Roggen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 58 played minutes Royal PSG got a freekick which was hit by Brendan Queinnec. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benoit Van Heurick got free with Paul Boulais in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Yanne Wynaerts took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Paul Boulais to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, Royal PSG's Paul Guillevic got a free kick in the 65th minute. 67 minutes into the match, Royal PSG's goal looked a bit too open when Jullian Van Castel came free, but Paul Boulais reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The throw-in from Antoine Bonnard in the 69th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Zero Gravity's Remie Dirckx. Yanne Wynaerts fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paul Boulais having to interfere. Paul Boulais took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jullian Van Castel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Rik Vissenaeckens fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zero Gravity's protests and gave Rik Vissenaeckens a yellow card for diving instead. Rik Vissenaeckens hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. In the 75th minute of the match Maurice Chalaye shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Robbin Roggen showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Royal PSG's goalkeeper Paul Boulais had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benoit Van Heurick.
