An unexpectedly hard shot by Théodore Cordeau in the 6th minute of play forced Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's goalkeeper Kennet Finnman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gürkan Gurka kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. If Théodore Cordeau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Royal PSG booed when Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hubert Eklund didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Tom Galpin came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Royal PSG fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tom Galpin couldn't finish the play. 27 minutes into the match, Royal PSG's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Michael Larsson came free, but Paul Boulais reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paul Boulais was a little too slow when Stig Browall got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 34th minute. The score was now 1-0. 37 minutes into the match, Tom Galpin notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's Kennet Finnman. Kennet Finnman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's Leif Söderqwist got a free kick in the 40th minute. It was beautiful to see Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's Douglas Västberg in action when he in the 45th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Karl-Michael Larsson to make the kick off. Paul Boulais stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stig Browall's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. Paul Boulais showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stig Browall in the 54th minute of the match. After 54 played minutes Royal PSG got a freekick which was hit by Just Leseigneur. Théodore Cordeaus short, quick shot in the 57thth minute got Kennet Finnman to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 61st minute, Royal PSG's Théodore Cordeau ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kennet Finnman. Kennet Finnman yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Just Leseigneur charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Just Leseigneur the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After having played for 75 minutes, Théodore Cordeau managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Royal PSG's supporters crossed their fingers, but Théodore Cordeau was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Royal PSG getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Tom Galpin hit a great ball. Kennet Finnman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Théodore Cordeau in the 84th minute of the match. The supporters of Royal PSG booed when Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hubert Eklund didn't get a good kick on the ball. Just Leseigneur blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kennet Finnman having to make a save. Maurice Chalaye received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Kennet Finnman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tom Galpin succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-3 in the 92nd playminute. Kennet Finnman was a little too slow when Théodore Cordeau got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 96th minute. The score was now 1-4.
