Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) FC Galicia Lviv's Sergiy Loboyko started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Yuriy Nedilko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaunius Petkevičius in the 3rd minute of the match. FC Karamba's Almantas Girčius was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Yuriy Nedilko in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 7 minutes into the match, FC Karamba's goal looked a bit too open when Sergiy Loboyko came free, but Adomas Bikulčius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 1-0 became the score in the 7th minute when Sergiy Loboyko elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. FC Karamba's Adomas Bikulčius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artem Zborovskyi in the 10th minute of play. 11 minutes into the game, Jonas Mečius was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Karamba's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Galicia Lviv the free kick. The supporters of FC Galicia Lviv booed when FC Karamba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Mečius didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16thth minute of the game Sergiy Loboyko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Karamba's Adomas Bikulčius was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Adomas Bikulčius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergiy Loboyko in the 24th minute of play. Danylo Bandera could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Adomas Bikulčius made a huge save. Adomas Bikulčius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artem Zborovskyi in the 25th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, FC Karamba's goalkeeper Adomas Bikulčius had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vadym Yarovyi. After 27 played minutes FC Galicia Lviv got a freekick which was hit by Danylo Zayets. With 30 minutes on the clock, Arnas Obrikis commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. FC Karamba:s Adomas Bikulčius showed great skill when he stopped Ilya Matvienko:s penalty. Adomas Bikulčius didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ilya Matvienko went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Adomas Bikulčius made an important save on a dangerous shot by Danylo Bandera in the 39th minute. 44 minutes into the match, FC Karamba's Jonas Mečius sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yuriy Nedilko narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, FC Karamba's Marius Gasparaitis got a free kick in the 45th minute. If Marius Gasparaitis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marius Gasparaitis to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, FC Karamba's goal looked a bit too open when Danylo Bandera came free, but Adomas Bikulčius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Anicetas Pakėnas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Galicia Lviv's Yuriy Nedilko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marius Gasparaitis in the 58th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonas Mečius got free with Yuriy Nedilko in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 64th minute, Sergiy Loboyko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adomas Bikulčius was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. 70 minutes into the match, FC Karamba's goal looked a bit too open when Artem Zborovskyi came free, but Adomas Bikulčius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adomas Bikulčius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergiy Loboyko in the 74th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Danylo Bandera during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of FC Karamba booed when FC Galicia Lviv was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Danylo Bandera didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 81st play minute Anicetas Pakėnas came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Yuriy Nedilko. 3-1. Jonas Mečius recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, FC Galicia Lviv's Vadym Yarovyi got a free kick in the 85th minute. Marius Gasparaitis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Yuriy Nedilko made a huge save. Yuriy Nedilko came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Karamba's Anicetas Pakėnas. But to his dismay, Anicetas Pakėnas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. 93 minutes into the game, Danylo Zayets cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Adomas Bikulčius was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC Galicia Lviv had won after a very even match.
