Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Bengt-Arne Dahlquist made the kick off which started today's match. 4 minutes into the match, Tom Galpin notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of IFK Göteborg's Håkan Deckbergh. Håkan Deckbergh was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 8 played minutes IFK Göteborg got a freekick which was hit by Ludwig Brandin. After 17 played minutes, Royal PSG's Théodore Cordeau shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Håkan Deckbergh came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Royal PSG reached it. Axel Pååk hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute, Théodore Cordeau left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Royal PSG fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bosse Laden in the 33rd minute of play forced Royal PSG's goalkeeper Paul Boulais to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Håkan Deckbergh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Théodore Cordeau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute, Lenny Delsart ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Håkan Deckbergh was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. After 41 minutes of play, Royal PSG's Théodore Cordeau made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Håkan Deckbergh was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half Royal PSG were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Théodore Cordeau made a kick off. A collision led to IFK Göteborg getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Ludwig Brandin hit a great ball. Håkan Deckbergh didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maurice Chalaye went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Håkan Deckbergh was a little too slow when Théodore Cordeau got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 68th minute. The score was now 0-7. Matthias Ahlstedt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Paul Boulais tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 77 minutes into the match, IFK Göteborg's goal looked a bit too open when Théodore Cordeau came free, but Håkan Deckbergh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Royal PSG getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Lenny Delsart hit a great ball. In the 80th minute, Maurice Chalaye hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 82 played minutes Royal PSG got a freekick which was hit by Chris Le Clainche. The supporters of IFK Göteborg booed when Royal PSG was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tom Galpin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maurice Chalaye did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-8 to the left of a surprised Håkan Deckbergh 87 minutes into the match. With 91 minutes on the clock, Gustave Szymczak commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The corner led to IFK Göteborg's Bosse Laden getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. A collision led to Royal PSG getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Chris Le Clainche hit a great ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Royal PSG had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
