The crowd rose to their feet as Randers A.F.C.'s Rene Rostholm slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Iker Medina. That made the score 2-0 after 12 minutes of play. When TALLERES's Maciej Karwowski in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Randers A.F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. Iker Medina was out of position in the 20 minute of play, and Rene Rostholm capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Randers A.F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Rene Rostholm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maciej Karwowski in the 26th minute of play forced Randers A.F.C.'s goalkeeper Nichlas Vesterdahl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rene Rostholm in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iker Medina saved TALLERES from getting behind. In the 35th minute, Maciej Karwowski made a precise shot to the right of Nichlas Vesterdahl. Randers A.F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Rene Rostholm's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Iker Medina read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. TALLERES's defense didn't have a chance, in the 38th minute, when Rene Rostholm scored to the left of an out of position Iker Medina, making the score, 4-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rene Rostholm got free with Iker Medina in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 44 minutes of play, Randers A.F.C.'s Rene Rostholm made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iker Medina was left in no man's land by his defense there! The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Silverio Medardo to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rene Rostholm in the 52nd minute of play forced TALLERES's goalkeeper Iker Medina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 53rd minute, Rene Rostholm ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iker Medina was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. Rene Rostholm might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Iker Medina. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rene Rostholm ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rene Rostholm in the 56th minute of play forced TALLERES's goalkeeper Iker Medina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, TALLERES's Felix Nuxila got a free kick in the 57th minute. Randers A.F.C.'s Alberto Dunixi was substituted for Zbyszko Drozdowski. In the 58th match minute, TALLERES was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Nuxila to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute Rene Rostholm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iker Medina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Rene Rostholm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. TALLERES's Iker Medina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rene Rostholm in the 63rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rene Rostholm in the 65th minute of play forced TALLERES's goalkeeper Iker Medina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bennvar Björnfot in the 70th minute of play forced Randers A.F.C.'s goalkeeper Nichlas Vesterdahl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 73 minutes in the game Pablo Urki did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Silverio Medardo. Iker Medina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruno Steenbeck in the 75th minute of the match. After some careless play in the TALLERES defense, Bruno Steenbeck kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Iker Medina. The TALLERES fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iker Medina should have stopped the shot. Bruno Steenbeck blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Iker Medina having to make a save. Iker Medina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Steenbeck, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. 88 minutes into the game, Bruno Steenbeck cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-1. Iker Medina was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The attack was good, but when Bennvar Björnfot in the 94th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal.
