Roby Baggio hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. In the 9th minute Sebastian Biörling shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johnny Banks saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11th minute, Elvijs Presley made a precise shot to the right of Wiktor Ekström. Åsbro Flåsegutter's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Åsbro Flåsegutter's goalkeeper Wiktor Ekström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elvijs Presley got free with Wiktor Ekström in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 34 minutes had been played when some careless play by Åsbro Flåsegutter's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Evert Taube was slow to take the kick. During this time Malmö White Knights's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Di Feng Zheng managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zdzislaw Barniszke in the 39th minute of play forced Malmö White Knights's goalkeeper Johnny Banks to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 43 minutes into the match, Elvijs Presley dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Wiktor Ekström, 3-0. Malmö White Knights's Elvijs Presley got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Stig Bäckman kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. If Elvijs Presley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Johnny Banks took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Biörling, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 96th minute, Rickard Vallander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
