Jimmy Olsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nélson Sousa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 14 minutes into the match, Nélson Sousa notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Linköpings AIK's Jimmy Olsson. Jimmy Olsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Andrzej Badanowski struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Selahaddin Esentürk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Linköpings AIK. In the 22nd minute Isidro Oliviero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jimmy Olsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute, Nélson Sousa fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Jimmy Olsson came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by AMLUCHO's Isidro Oliviero. But to his dismay, Isidro Oliviero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Arvid Carlsson hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. AMLUCHO's Selahaddin Esentürk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrzej Badanowski in the 33rd minute of play. In the 34th minute of the match Linköpings AIK got a corner. AMLUCHO's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marbjörn Garpsson ran over to the corner to take the kick. Selahaddin Esentürk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arvid Carlsson in the 36th minute of the match. Andrzej Badanowski kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Isidro Oliviero made a great header on AMLUCHO's corner, it was just that Linköpings AIK's Jimmy Olsson managed to reach the ball for a save. After 42 played minutes Isidro Oliviero scored with a long sweeping shot just to the left of Jimmy Olsson who was too lazy, 4-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Isidro Oliviero stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Arvid Carlsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Linköpings AIK's supporters rose to their feet, but Arvid Carlsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Selahaddin Esentürk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Miguel Vilarinho made in the 62nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Isidro Oliviero immediately put the ball in play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nélson Sousa in the 62nd minute of play forced Linköpings AIK's goalkeeper Jimmy Olsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Selahaddin Esentürk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrzej Badanowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Linköpings AIK's Jan-Erik Lundqvist quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Miguel Vilarinho, made in the 69th minute of the game. Jimmy Olsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidro Oliviero, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. When AMLUCHO's Nélson Sousa in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Linköpings AIK's goalie prevented a goal. 85 minutes into the match, Linköpings AIK's goal looked a bit too open when Ştefan Șerbulea came free, but Jimmy Olsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. AMLUCHO's Selahaddin Esentürk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrzej Badanowski in the 87th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Arvid Carlsson got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Selahaddin Esentürk quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Isidro Oliviero didn't quite understand what happened when in the 93 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. AMLUCHO's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
