The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Talleres booed when Lost Boys Sports Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per Bollström didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Talleres getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Sergiu Bulencea hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Tab in the 8th minute of play forced Lost Boys Sports Academy's goalkeeper Ivan Drago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Lost Boys Sports Academy booed when Talleres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sergiu Bulencea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Talleres's Cecilio Lastur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pepe Argento in the 15th minute of play. In the 24th minute Alfredo Tab shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Drago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Talleres's Peker Durusoy got a free kick in the 31st minute. Sergiu Bulencea got a throw-in 34 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Mauricio Manuelo. 37 minutes into the match, Alfredo Tab notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Lost Boys Sports Academy's Ivan Drago. Ivan Drago was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 45 played minutes Talleres got a freekick which was hit by Perico Pérez.

Talleres's Izydor Bugajski was substituted for Perico Pérez. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pepe Argento to strike the kick off in the second half. Pepe Argento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cecilio Lastur having to interfere. Lost Boys Sports Academy's Ivan Drago proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Lost Boys Sports Academy from getting a goal against them. Talleres were awarded a corner in the 61th minute after Lost Boys Sports Academy's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jorge Martínez took the corner. Alfredo Tabs short, quick shot in the 68thth minute got Ivan Drago to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Lost Boys Sports Academy made a substitution. Johan Sellberg replaced Pepe Argento. Lukita Modrić made in the 76th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Alfredo Tab. An unexpectedly hard shot by Josef Tunberg in the 82nd minute of play forced Lost Boys Sports Academy's goalkeeper Ivan Drago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th minute, Per Bollström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 87 played minutes Lost Boys Sports Academy got a freekick which was hit by Merih Demiral. In the 94th minute, Johan Sellberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lost Boys Sports Academy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
