Guillen Ubiña didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wilhelm Cane went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Wilhelm Cane might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Guillen Ubiña. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wilhelm Cane ran back to his position shaking his head. 20 minutes into the match, Sporting Buceo's goalkeeper Guillen Ubiña had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wilhelm Cane. The supporters of Hermanö Oilers booed when Sporting Buceo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xarles Gadañon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xacintu Urruchua kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Joseph Algren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Estevez Lavega, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 39 minutes into the game, Sporting Buceo's Martxel Bernia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joseph Algren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by George Granqvist during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 42 played minutes Hermanö Oilers got a freekick which was hit by George Granqvist. 45 minutes into the match, Hermanö Oilers's goal looked a bit too open when Martxel Bernia came free, but Joseph Algren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th match minute, Hermanö Oilers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patrik Holmberg to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nicasio Tijerina to strike the kick off in the second half. Gunnar Linberg hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. After 61 played minutes, Sporting Buceo's Martxel Bernia shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Joseph Algren came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sporting Buceo reached it. After a rather tough play, Sporting Buceo's Gutierrre Valseca got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Guillen Ubiña took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ingemar Stålman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Hermanö Oilers's Joseph Algren got control of the ball when Estevez Lavega tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 71st minute, Melker Kjellkvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 74th match minute, Hermanö Oilers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ingemar Stålman to maneuver through the defense. In the 78th minute, Sporting Buceo's Estevez Lavega dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. Martxel Bernia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
