Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Iacob Vernescu in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tuan Libby prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tuan Libby showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florin Chilian, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Moise Cristoloveanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Iacob Vernescu came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the BVB 09 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iacob Vernescu couldn't finish the play. 45 minutes into the game, Iacob Vernescu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Iacob Vernescu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tuan Libby was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Iacob Vernescu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 59 minute of play. Iacob Vernescu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 65thth minute tested the skills of Tuan Libby when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-8 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 83rd minute, Carson Sherrill got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 86th minute, BVB 09's Octavian Caragea ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tuan Libby. Tuan Libby yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-10. Tuan Libby stood somewhat misplaced when Francisc Bîndean came free in front of goal and shot 0-11 to the left of him in the 89 minute. In the 92nd match minute, BVB 09 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florin Chilian to maneuver through the defense. Octavian Caragea did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-12 to the left of a surprised Tuan Libby 95 minutes into the match. When the match was over BVB 09 could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Zamalek FC throughout the match.
