Tautvydas Urnikis was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 10 minutes into the match. In the 10th minute, one of FC Karamba:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Karamba. In the 12th minute there was a penalty for Hogwarts. Ferrer Quindos stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Kuno Heiberg. 0-1. A collision led to FC Karamba getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Aivaras Barkus hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gvidonas Sauliūnas in the 16th minute of play forced Hogwarts's goalkeeper Stasio Serwach to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eurelijus Sutkus who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 19thth minute tested the skills of Stasio Serwach when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Stasio Serwach had great luck who in the 22ndth minute grab hold of the ball when Eurelijus Sutkus from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Hogwarts's zone, Gvidonas Sauliūnas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stasio Serwach came out of the goal and Gvidonas Sauliūnas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kuno Heiberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Caicedo in the 25th minute of the match. Eurelijus Sutkus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stasio Serwach having to interfere. In the 31st minute Eurelijus Sutkus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stasio Serwach saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stasio Serwach showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eurelijus Sutkus in the 33rd minute of the match. Kuno Heiberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Caicedo in the 35th minute of the match. Ubaldo Villarruel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Karamba's Fidel Kelemen got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fidel Kelemen's late challenge caught a Hogwarts's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fidel Kelemen helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Hogwarts booed when FC Karamba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fidel Kelemen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ubaldo Villarruel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Hogwarts were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eurelijus Sutkus made a kick off. Eurelijus Sutkus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Einaras Kėbla kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, FC Karamba's Audrius Butkevičius got a free kick in the 67th minute. Leonardo Reizabal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Kuno Heiberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Einaras Kėbla hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. The corner led Hogwarts's Ferrer Quindos to fire away a dangerous shot which Kuno Heiberg despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 77th minute, Eurelijus Sutkus left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Karamba fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Stasio Serwach showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eurelijus Sutkus, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 85th match minute, Hogwarts was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zenon Zarandona to maneuver through the defense. 88 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hogwarts's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fidel Kelemen was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Karamba's players had a chance to rest. 89 minutes into the game, Hogwarts's Leonardo Reizabal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kuno Heiberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Rapolas Pukelevičius hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. After 93 played minutes, Hogwarts's Ferrer Quindos shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kuno Heiberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hogwarts reached it. After having played for 96 minutes, Eurelijus Sutkus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Karamba's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eurelijus Sutkus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Chants of Hogwarts echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as FC Karamba had held the ball for most of the match.
