In the 25th minute Ingemar Stålman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stasio Serwach saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hermanö Oilers were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after Hogwarts's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jonathan Kvarnström took the corner. 31 minutes into the match, Zenon Zarandona notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Hermanö Oilers's Ingvar Hellkvist. Ingvar Hellkvist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 35th minute of the match Hogwarts got a corner. Stasio Serwach made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leonardo Reizabal made a kick off. Melker Kjellkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sebastian Caicedo got free with Ingvar Hellkvist in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 56th minute, Ingemar Stålman made a precise shot to the right of Stasio Serwach. Hogwarts's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. Melker Kjellkvist's late challenge caught a Hogwarts's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Melker Kjellkvist helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Hermanö Oilers getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Melker Kjellkvist hit a great ball. Leonardo Reizabal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ingvar Hellkvist having to interfere. Anton Mattsson hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hermanö Oilers's goalkeeper Ingvar Hellkvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Hermanö Oilers getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Anton Mattsson hit a great ball. In the 75thth minute of the game Ingemar Stålman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hogwarts's Stasio Serwach was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Hermanö Oilers's George Granqvist got a free kick in the 81st minute. Ingvar Hellkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ubaldo Villarruel, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Ingemar Stålman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hermanö Oilers's supporters rose to their feet, but Ingemar Stålman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stasio Serwach breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ferrer Quindos kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Hogwarts's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Hermanö Oilers had won, even though Hogwarts had held more of the ball.
