Suat Akbora's late challenge caught a SORRISO E. C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Suat Akbora helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Kᴀᴅᴀɢᴀɴ1903's Suat Akbora got a free kick in the 15th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fadıl Bilgin during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Kᴀᴅᴀɢᴀɴ1903's Sait Cenan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reginaldo de Brito in the 26th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Müfit Sarik managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kᴀᴅᴀɢᴀɴ1903's supporters rose to their feet, but Müfit Sarik was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edvaldo Leal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Edvaldo Leal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raşit Yumlu in the 34th minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Müfit Sarik ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. In the 56th minute Joaquim Queirós shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sait Cenan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sait Cenan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-1. Sait Cenan came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by SORRISO E. C.'s Joaquim Queirós. But to his dismay, Joaquim Queirós quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. SORRISO E. C. fully deserved thier win.
