In the 46th minute Nardo Tuo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Bryngelsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Estevez Lavega to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Hermanö Oilers's Thomas Abrahamsson got a free kick in the 53rd minute. After 56 played minutes Hermanö Oilers got a freekick which was hit by Wilhelm Cane. After some careless play in the Hermanö Oilers defense, Estevez Lavega kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arne Bryngelsson. The Hermanö Oilers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arne Bryngelsson should have stopped the shot. Arne Bryngelsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Piearres Somiedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Olof Granqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Bartoleme Ceja lost his temper 83 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 83rd minute of the game. One of Sporting Buceo:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Hermanö Oilers:s goal. Guillen Ubiña had in the 85thth minute some difficulties stopping Ronny Blom's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball.
