Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Estevez Lavega made the kick off which started today's match. Matro Perramon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaizki Colina, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Estevez Lavega charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Estevez Lavega the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 5th minute, Estevez Lavega hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 13 minutes into the game, Sporting Buceo's Bartoleme Ceja nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Matro Perramon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Piearres Somiedo in the 19th minute of play forced Universitario's goalkeeper Matro Perramon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 20 played minutes Universitario got a freekick which was hit by Iraido Arnaez. A hard and well directed shot from Nardo Tuo led 20 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Universitario's Matro Perramon became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 0-2. After a rather tough play, Universitario's Geleberto Acaro got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Guillen Ubiña made an important save on a dangerous shot by Geleberto Acaro in the 31st minute. Erasto Tella kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Sporting Buceo's Guillen Ubiña played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guillen Mijangos in the 44th minute of play. In the 46th match minute, Sporting Buceo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bartoleme Ceja to maneuver through the defense. Universitario's Bonifacio Morentin got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andy Somellera to make the kick off. 57 minutes into the game, Jaizki Colina recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Matro Perramon. Jaizki Colina showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Nardo Tuo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Matro Perramon made a huge save. Universitario's Matro Perramon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Piearres Somiedo in the 62nd minute of play. Vidal Cantabrana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guillen Ubiña having to interfere. Matro Perramon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erroman Delgado in the 67th minute of the match. Matro Perramon came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Sporting Buceo's Piearres Somiedo. But to his dismay, Piearres Somiedo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. After 72 played minutes Universitario got a freekick which was hit by Cristobal Agranja. Matro Perramon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jaizki Colina in the 78th minute. When Vidal Cantabrana fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Universitario's protests and gave Vidal Cantabrana a yellow card for diving instead. If Piearres Somiedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute, Cristobal Agranja hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nardo Tuo kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. The Universitario fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Sporting Buceo were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
