Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Loco Martin made the kick off which started today's match. In the 4th minute Tivadar Demeter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petr Školník saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in FC Jamala's zone, Tivadar Demeter stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Petr Školník came out of the goal and Tivadar Demeter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 9th match minute, FC Jamala was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eddie Arenberg to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tivadar Demeter got free with Petr Školník in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tivadar Demeter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tivadar Demeter's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Petr Školník read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. Szombathely Squirrels's Arnold Szuper played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henning Eriksson in the 27th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Loco Martin in the 30th minute of play forced Szombathely Squirrels's goalkeeper Arnold Szuper to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute, Tivadar Demeter ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Petr Školník was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Petr Školník came out of the goal and Tivadar Demeter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 38th minute Loco Martin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnold Szuper saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tivadar Demeter in the 39th minute of play forced FC Jamala's goalkeeper Petr Školník to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute, Szombathely Squirrels's Tivadar Demeter dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tivadar Demeter was the one to do the kick off. Renátó Csernyi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Arnold Szuper made a huge save. FC Jamala were awarded a corner in the 57th minute after Szombathely Squirrels's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Amador Ishmael took the corner. The corner led FC Jamala's Amador Ishmael to fire away a dangerous shot which Arnold Szuper despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Lei Jian Xiong took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Petr Školník. Petr Školník dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Lei Jian Xiong's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Petr Školník read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Bai Jun Chong fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petr Školník having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bai Jun Chong in the 74th minute of play forced FC Jamala's goalkeeper Petr Školník to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Petr Školník stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lei Jian Xiong's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. Lei Jian Xiong took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Petr Školník. Petr Školník dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Szombathely Squirrels's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
