The Sielce Warszawa fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when Sielce Warszawa's Edin Džeko looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Klement Popovič fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Gladiators Milošová's protests and gave Klement Popovič a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FC Gladiators Milošová getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. André Onana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matej Tásler in the 34th minute of play. After having played for 36 minutes, Edin Džeko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sielce Warszawa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edin Džeko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. During the 37th minute of the match Klement Popovič completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Klement Popovič a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 38th minute, Klement Popovič hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edin Džeko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Tomáš Čambora tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in FC Gladiators Milošová's zone, Edin Džeko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tomáš Čambora came out of the goal and Edin Džeko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 45th minute Edin Džeko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomáš Čambora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Sielce Warszawa were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Edin Džeko made the kick off in the second half. Stanislav Čambora hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, FC Gladiators Milošová's Juraj Šesták got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 70th minute, Edin Džeko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tomáš Čambora was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Tomáš Čambora made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Edin Džeko sent off a good shot on target. Nemanja Vidić kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aleks Borsuk in the 77th minute of play forced FC Gladiators Milošová's goalkeeper Tomáš Čambora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Pavel Vulinec had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. André Onana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Ďumbier, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. After recieving a nice pass, Sielce Warszawa's Boleslaw Domarecki tried to score from far away in the 85th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 88th minute, Matúš Divos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edin Džeko's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 90thth minute, Tomáš Čambora skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal.
