Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Loco Durazno started the match with the kick off. Golden Lions FC's Anders Lundqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toro Martínez in the 4th minute of play. In the 6th minute, Toro Martínez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anders Lundqvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Fernando Selatse didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Loco Durazno went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toro Martínez in the 17th minute of play forced Golden Lions FC's goalkeeper Anders Lundqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fernando Selatse didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Loco Durazno went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Toro Martínez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Loco Durazno scored 1-3 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fernando Selatse, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Loco Durazno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Loco Durazno in the 32nd minute of play forced Despidida AFC's goalkeeper Fernando Selatse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Loco Durazno in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fernando Selatse prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Toro Martínez scored 2-3 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anders Lundqvist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Despidida AFC's Justino Elequemedo got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Fernando Selatse took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Loco Durazno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Despidida AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 52nd minute, when Loco Durazno scored to the left of an out of position Fernando Selatse, making the score, 2-4. A collision led to Golden Lions FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Igor Dzierwa hit a great ball. Despidida AFC's Szymon Pyrzyce was substituted for Arturo Arano. Despidida AFC's Czeslaw Kopacz was substituted for Ancho Branca. The supporters of Despidida AFC booed when Golden Lions FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Igor Dzierwa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Czeslaw Kopacz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Czeslaw Kopacz came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Despidida AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Czeslaw Kopacz couldn't finish the play. 64 minutes into the match, Golden Lions FC's goal looked a bit too open when Czeslaw Kopacz came free, but Anders Lundqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oliver Rizzo hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Golden Lions FC made a substitution. Cosme Larpe replaced Marcelo Steven. In the 67th minute, Oliver Rizzo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Loco Durazno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. Anders Lundqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Czeslaw Kopacz in the 71st minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Golden Lions FC's goal looked a bit too open when Czeslaw Kopacz came free, but Anders Lundqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute Czeslaw Kopacz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anders Lundqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th minute, Loco Durazno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Golden Lions FC's Burç Tokhan was substituted for Loco Durazno. 83 minutes into the match, Golden Lions FC's goal looked a bit too open when Emiliano Velasco came free, but Anders Lundqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Szymon Pyrzyce took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anders Lundqvist. Anders Lundqvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-4. Anders Lundqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Szymon Pyrzyce in the 90th minute of play. Golden Lions FC's Anders Lundqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emiliano Velasco in the 95th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Golden Lions FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
