Maurino Serena stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Loco Durazno's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. After 17 minutes of play, Golden Lions FC's Loco Durazno made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maurino Serena was left in no man's land by his defense there! A.D. Alcorcón's Maurino Serena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Loco Durazno in the 21st minute of play. Golden Lions FC's Igor Dzierwa was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Maurino Serena in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When the match clock showed 22 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Igor Dzierwa sped through A.D. Alcorcón's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Maurino Serena. Belo Alvarez in the 30thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Anders Lundqvist, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Anders Lundqvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Belo Alvarez in the 36th minute. In the 43rd minute Golden Lions FC were awarded a corner. Sigvard Dahlkvist went to the cornerflag to take it. Golden Lions FC's Björn Björkqvist was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Maurino Serena in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Belo Alvarez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Anders Lundqvist made a huge save. After 48 minutes Golden Lions FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Nereo Acosta who took care of the corner kick. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Loco Durazno stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 60 minutes, Marcelo Steven managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Golden Lions FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcelo Steven was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A.D. Alcorcón's Eusebio Quijana was substituted for Natxo Cacheres. With a little luck, A.D. Alcorcón's Maurino Serena got control of the ball when Loco Durazno tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 70th minute of the match, Marcelo Steven tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Maurino Serena saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.
