Jorge Armani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Turgut Soyuer in the 4th minute of play. Jorge Armani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danell Mackiathan, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. In the 8th minute, Chinese CJ Youth Academy's Turgut Soyuer dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. David Abad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrew Dalli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21stth minute of the game Turgut Soyuer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Esmeralda AFC's Jorge Armani was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 25th minute Andrew Dalli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Abad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th minute, Turgut Soyuer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 35th minute, Turgut Soyuer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jorge Armani was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 37th minute, Turgut Soyuer reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jorge Armani. The goal made the score 3-0. In the 42nd minute, David Banegas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Esmeralda AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Turgut Soyuer made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Turgut Soyuer notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Esmeralda AFC's Jorge Armani. Jorge Armani was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jorge Armani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Turgut Soyuer in the 55th minute of the match. 55 minutes into the match, Esmeralda AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Turgut Soyuer came free, but Jorge Armani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chinese CJ Youth Academy's David Abad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrew Dalli in the 59th minute of play. Jorge Armani stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Turgut Soyuer's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. In the 62nd minute, one of Esmeralda AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Esmeralda AFC. Jorge Armani had in the 63rdth minute some difficulties stopping Wincent Jaroch's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Esmeralda AFC's goalkeeper Jorge Armani, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Chinese CJ Youth Academy made a substitution. Cui Peng Sen replaced Lin Yun Fan. 77 minutes into the game, Chinese CJ Youth Academy's Turgut Soyuer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jorge Armani made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-1. Esmeralda AFC made a substitution. Nicasio Fonda replaced David Banegas. 87 minutes into the game, Andrew Dalli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Esmeralda AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chinese CJ Youth Academy the free kick. Andrew Dalli hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Turgut Soyuer in the 89th minute of play forced Esmeralda AFC's goalkeeper Jorge Armani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Nicasio Fonda could shoot a difficult shot in the 95th minute, which David Abad however easily saved by the left post. Nicasio Fonda's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but David Abad firmly grabbed it by the left post. Nicasio Fonda made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 95thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but David Abad would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. 97 minutes into the match, Esmeralda AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Turgut Soyuer came free, but Jorge Armani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chinese CJ Youth Academy's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
