Seating: 1998, VIP seats: 172) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Hustaz Bonal got the match started through his kick off. In the 2nd minute, NFH Family United's Danish Hoe seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Danish Hoe the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of NFH Family United protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Danish Hoe had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 3 played minutes NFH Family United got a freekick which was hit by Danish Hoe. In the 7th minute Aristides Felipez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerard Koh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 10th play minutes Bryan Lam shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Cesario Sangra and just under the crossbar into goal. A collision led to NFH Family United getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Farhan Hui hit a great ball. A collision led to NFH Family United getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Didi Yip hit a great ball. 25 de Noviembre FBC's Hustaz Bonal got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 21 minutes into the match, 25 de Noviembre FBC's goal looked a bit too open when Anil Namasivayam came free, but Cesario Sangra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. NFH Family United's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Anil Sum in the 23rd minute. NFH Family United's Anil Sum was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Cesario Sangra in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Farhan Hui sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 24 minutes into the match, 25 de Noviembre FBC's goal looked a bit too open when Farhan Hui came free, but Cesario Sangra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute, Farhan Hui got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. NFH Family United's Gerard Koh proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save NFH Family United from getting a goal against them. After 37 minutes NFH Family United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Xeromo Atauri who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Xeromo Atauri got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gerard Koh quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 41 minutes, Lartaun Entrala mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 25 de Noviembre FBC and the NFH Family United players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 41st match minute, 25 de Noviembre FBC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lartaun Entrala to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The wind increased when Bryan Lam made the kick off in the second half. Cesario Sangra stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Farhan Hui's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. After 55 played minutes 25 de Noviembre FBC got a freekick which was hit by Hustaz Bonal. The supporters of NFH Family United booed when 25 de Noviembre FBC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xeromo Atauri didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anil Namasivayams short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Cesario Sangra to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, 25 de Noviembre FBC's Aristides Felipez got a free kick in the 60th minute. After a defensive mix-up in 25 de Noviembre FBC's zone, Bryan Lam stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cesario Sangra came out of the goal and Bryan Lam tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anil Namasivayam could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Cesario Sangra made a huge save. In the 64th minute of the match NFH Family United got a corner. 25 de Noviembre FBC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Anil Sum ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to NFH Family United's Anil Namasivayam getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 25 de Noviembre FBC made a substitution. Eskuin Monteros replaced Aristides Felipez. In the 72nd minute, NFH Family United's Farhan Hui dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Bryan Lam's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 77thth minute, Cesario Sangra skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Gerard Koh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eskuin Monteros in the 79th minute of play. Bryan Lam received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cesario Sangra came out and tried to block the shot, but Bryan Lam slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 81st minute. Cesario Sangra made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Bryan Lam sent off a good shot on target. Azli Abisheganaden's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cesario Sangra read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Bryan Lam came free with the goalkeeper in the 93rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Cesario Sangra could save by the left post.
NFH Family United's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
