Seating: 1135, VIP seats: 98) An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilio Sugoi in the 5th minute of play forced El Pulpo Paceño's goalkeeper Zxavian Abeitia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zxavian Abeitia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lindo Trollo in the 9th minute. After 10 played minutes El Pulpo Paceño got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Galindo. In the 12th match minute, Campeones del Mundo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eusebio Afonso to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lindo Trollo in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zxavian Abeitia saved El Pulpo Paceño from getting behind. Cilio Abeijon hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Campeones del Mundo's Pedro Kauldi got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zxavian Abeitia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusebio Afonso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 21 minutes into the match, Eusebio Afonso notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of El Pulpo Paceño's Zxavian Abeitia. Zxavian Abeitia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lindo Trollos short, quick shot in the 24thth minute got Zxavian Abeitia to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 29th minute Petrigai Abar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Igon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 29 minutes, Petrigai Abar made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Campeones del Mundo's Daniel Igon tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Feliciano Gorbea's late challenge caught a El Pulpo Paceño's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 47th minute, Procopio Abad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Petrigai Abar made a kick off. If Lindo Trollo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Arnalt Abendano kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Daniel Igon. That made the score 1-2 in the 58 minute of play. Zxavian Abeitia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lindo Trollo in the 66th minute of play. Lindo Trollo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Zxavian Abeitia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. El Pulpo Paceño's Zxavian Abeitia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lindo Trollo in the 70th minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Lindo Trollo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zxavian Abeitia. El Pulpo Paceño's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lindo Trollo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. A collision led to El Pulpo Paceño getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Zaquiel Abadie hit a great ball. After 80 played minutes El Pulpo Paceño got a freekick which was hit by Zaquiel Abadie. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lindo Trollo in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zxavian Abeitia saved El Pulpo Paceño from getting behind. In the 83rd minute Campeones del Mundo were awarded a corner. Pedro Kauldi went to the cornerflag to take it. After 85 played minutes El Pulpo Paceño got a freekick which was hit by Zaquiel Abadie. After a rather tough play, El Pulpo Paceño's Zaquiel Abadie got a free kick in the 89th minute. Pedro Kauldi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 90th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Zxavian Abeitia. El Pulpo Paceño's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Astor Abenda hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. The whistle blew for the end of the second half and the match was still tied. The players were able to take a short break before lining up again for extra-time.
After the break the players went out on the field to play the first half of overtime with revived energy in their legs. Campeones del Mundo's Lindo Trollo started the play with the initial kick off. In the 100th minute Lindo Trollo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zxavian Abeitia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. El Pulpo Paceño's defense didn't have a chance, in the 103rd minute, when Lindo Trollo scored to the left of an out of position Zxavian Abeitia, making the score, 3-2.
