With a couple of smart ball manuevers Habib Ali Picavea in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Imran Saepudin saved FC Bestone 716 from getting behind. In the 14th minute of the match Toninho Grau sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Imran Saepudin skillfully saved the ball. After 15 minutes of play, Morro Grande E.C's Habib Ali Picavea made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Imran Saepudin was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Wahyu Papara in the 28th minute of play forced Morro Grande E.C's goalkeeper Gláuber Brodel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Igus Lisandri came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the FC Bestone 716 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Igus Lisandri couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Habib Ali Picavea put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Imran Saepudin. After the first half Morro Grande E.C were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Imran Saepudin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ronaldinho Meira's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Hélder Velasco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Imran Saepudin made a huge save. Habib Ali Picavea scored 0-4 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Imran Saepudin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 65 minutes of play, Morro Grande E.C's Habib Ali Picavea made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. After some careless play in the FC Bestone 716 defense, Hélder Velasco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Imran Saepudin. The FC Bestone 716 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Imran Saepudin should have stopped the shot. Morro Grande E.C's Toninho Soeiro was substituted for Kaká Sampaio. 79 minutes into the match, Morro Grande E.C's Hélder Velasco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Imran Saepudin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 80th match minute, Morro Grande E.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredinho Vieira to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Ronaldinho Meira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Imran Saepudin was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game.
