The audience thought a goal was coming when Marquinhos Baiano got free with Edgar Smuskiewicz in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hahay's Edgar Smuskiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavinho Queiroz in the 12th minute of play. Duarte Costa received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Edgar Smuskiewicz came out and tried to block the shot, but Duarte Costa slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 12th minute. Claudinei Pombal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernard Drugi in the 19th minute of the match. After 21 played minutes Hahay got a freekick which was hit by Kamilo Glik. Edgar Smuskiewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Danilo Varela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claudinei Pombal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Korneliusz Weyna in the 27th minute of play. Edgar Smuskiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duarte Costa in the 29th minute of play. Hahay's Edgar Smuskiewicz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Hahay from getting a goal against them. Edgar Smuskiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavinho Queiroz in the 36th minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The supporters of Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ booed when Hahay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernard Drugi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edgar Smuskiewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavinho Queiroz in the 61st minute of the match. Korneliusz Weyna blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Claudinei Pombal having to make a save. With a little luck, Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ's Claudinei Pombal got control of the ball when Korneliusz Weyna tried to sneak it across the goal line. Flavinho Queiroz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgar Smuskiewicz having to interfere. Hahay's Marek Kaider was substituted for Korneliusz Weyna. 78 minutes into the match, Flavinho Queiroz notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Hahay's Edgar Smuskiewicz. Edgar Smuskiewicz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Daniel Noworolnik scored 2-2 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Claudinei Pombal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Claudinei Pombal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marek Kaider in the 97th minute. 98 minutes had been played when some careless play by Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Marek Kaider was slow to take the kick. During this time Hahay's players had a chance to rest. Hahay's Marek Kaider was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Claudinei Pombal in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
