The supporters of Newcastle United booed when C.F.Fuenlabrada was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauricio Piorno didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Sebastián Torrico managed to avoid a goal in the 34thth minute, when Newcastle United's Pankracy Malicki fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Mikolaj Jerzyk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bianco Cherubini in the 35th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The wind increased when Bianco Cherubini made the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes of play, C.F.Fuenlabrada's Freddie Ljungberg made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mikolaj Jerzyk was left in no man's land by his defense there! C.F.Fuenlabrada's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Newcastle United the free kick. Mauricio Piorno kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match.
