Racing Miami Futbol Club's Ian Chapui proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Racing Miami Futbol Club from getting a goal against them. Kepa Arrizabalaga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Merrill Banks in the 12th minute of the match. Ian Chapui made an important save on a dangerous shot by Xande Chaves in the 13th minute. Ian Chapui showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arthur Guedes, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 19th minute, Arthur Guedes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 22 minutes into the match, Racing Miami Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Arthur Guedes came free, but Ian Chapui reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The throw-in from Makis Apostolakis in the 23rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Racing Miami Futbol Club's Donald Kaufman. Ian Chapui took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arthur Guedes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arthur Guedes in the 29th minute of play forced Racing Miami Futbol Club's goalkeeper Ian Chapui to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Ervin DeJesus put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Kepa Arrizabalaga. Makis Apostolakis kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ervin DeJesus got free with Kepa Arrizabalaga in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Racing Miami Futbol Club's Keenan Worthington was substituted for Merrill Banks. Racing Miami Futbol Club made a substitution. Ian Chapui made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michel Klose in the 80th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Michel Klose in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ian Chapui saved Racing Miami Futbol Club from getting behind. In the 88th match minute, Racing Miami Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by James Joyner to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Michel Klose managed to get in a good position for a shot. ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙'s supporters rose to their feet, but Michel Klose was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ian Chapui breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 91 minutes into the match, Michel Klose had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ian Chapui. Racing Miami Futbol Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Michel Klose was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ fans cheered their team off the field, for while Racing Miami Futbol Club had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
