Ricart Futebol Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abel Ramalho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 64 minutes in the game Dan Salqvist did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Klas Njurenius. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 66th minute of the game. One of AIF:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ricart Futebol Clube:s goal. Ragnar Wallander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Ramalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute, Reinaldo Palmeira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 78 minutes into the match, Ricart Futebol Clube's Abel Ramalho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ragnar Wallander narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
