After a rather tough play, Armada's Ma Feng Sen got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Färid Mondragón showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horia Tătaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. 6 minutes into the match, Armada's Róbert Benkó sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jim Hellström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Preator Edikt's Jim Hellström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Preator Edikt from getting a goal against them. After having played for 11 minutes, Róbert Benkó managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Armada's supporters crossed their fingers, but Róbert Benkó was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Armada's Färid Mondragón played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torbjörn Nilsson in the 17th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Preator Edikt's zone, Róbert Benkó stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jim Hellström came out of the goal and Róbert Benkó tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rivaldo Esquerdo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jim Hellström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Jim Hellström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Róbert Benkó in the 34th minute. After 36 minutes Preator Edikt's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ma Feng Sen who took care of the corner kick. Armada's Ma Feng Sen was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jim Hellström in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Róbert Benkó got free with Jim Hellström in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A sloppy throw-in by Diego Maurino in the 40th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Preator Edikt's Luís Gustavo Barbosa. When Preator Edikt's Horia Tătaru in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Armada's goalie prevented a goal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Torbjörn Nilsson made a kick off. Róbert Benkó took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jim Hellström. Jim Hellström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Preator Edikt made a substitution. Stig-Ove Blomqvist replaced Torbjörn Nilsson. Diego Maurino kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, Róbert Benkó notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Preator Edikt's Jim Hellström. Jim Hellström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Róbert Benkó's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jim Hellström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. Färid Mondragón made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horia Tătaru in the 72nd minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, Preator Edikt's goal looked a bit too open when Róbert Benkó came free, but Jim Hellström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Armada's Ma Feng Sen quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Gabriel Anselius, made in the 81st minute of the game. Horia Tătaru's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Färid Mondragón read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. Stig-Ove Blomqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 93 minutes into the match, Róbert Benkó had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jim Hellström. Preator Edikt's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Róbert Benkó was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. A collision led to Armada getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Diego Maurino hit a great ball.
