After a rather tough play, Floresta Negra FC's Gernando Rocha got a free kick in the 36th minute. If Marc Bouman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 45 played minutes Floresta Negra FC got a freekick which was hit by Jerzy Zjawin. In the 46th match minute, Floresta Negra FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vânderson Vale to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marek Markowski made a kick off. In the 54th minute Marc Bouman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egun Pais saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Egun Pais took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marek Markowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute of the match, Marek Markowski got a very nice opportunity to score, but Egun Pais was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Eddy Luirink dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Floresta Negra FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
