Sentis Ciblis struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Håkan Deckbergh didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Costa Pacífico FC. Sentis Ciblis took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Håkan Deckbergh. Håkan Deckbergh dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Håkan Deckbergh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lennart Bengtsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Håkan Deckbergh didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fan Xing Cheng went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Håkan Deckbergh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernt Göransson in the 26th minute of play. After 27 minutes, Manfred Valström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the IFK Göteborg and the Costa Pacífico FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, IFK Göteborg's Manfred Valström got a free kick in the 28th minute. Håkan Deckbergh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lennart Bengtsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fan Xing Cheng in the 33rd minute of play forced IFK Göteborg's goalkeeper Håkan Deckbergh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 35 minutes of play, Costa Pacífico FC's Lennart Bengtsson made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Costa Pacífico FC made a substitution. Ezmundo Huici replaced Fernando Martel. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fan Xing Cheng to make the kick off. Fan Xing Cheng sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Iván Luis Zamorano in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Håkan Deckbergh prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Iván Luis Zamorano took a quick shot and it went in 0-12 without a chance for Håkan Deckbergh to make any attempt to save it. Through an outstanding action, after 95 minutes, Håkan Deckbergh successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Håkan Deckbergh came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Costa Pacífico FC's Iván Luis Zamorano. But to his dismay, Iván Luis Zamorano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-13. Costa Pacífico FC played a much better game than IFK Göteborg and deserved their victory. The IFK Göteborg players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
