The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ukko Murto kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Victorino Frederik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Janne Töpperwien kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Goral Zywiec's Victorino Frederik got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Janne Töpperwien took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Michael Krawczyk. Michael Krawczyk dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 12 minutes into the match, Karhulan Veikot's goal looked a bit too open when Maciej Dulka came free, but Cássio Ramos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Grzegorz Jajecznica had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 21 minutes into the game, Janne Töpperwien cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Michael Krawczyk was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After taking down the ball on Goral Zywiec's corner Tobias Abechuco fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Cássio Ramos quite easily take care of the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Karhulan Veikot's goal looked a bit too open when Victorino Frederik came free, but Cássio Ramos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Michael Krawczyk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Janne Töpperwien in the 32nd minute of play. A throw-in in the 38th minute of the game was made by Gilbert Glogowski with Grzegorz Jajecznica as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Cássio Ramos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobias Abechuco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 41 minutes Karhulan Veikot's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tobias Abechuco who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Tobias Abechuco got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Cássio Ramos quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 42nd minute Ohto Lamminen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michael Krawczyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karhulan Veikot's Cássio Ramos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Grzegorz Jajecznica in the 44th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Grzegorz Jajecznica could shoot a difficult shot in the 46th minute, which Cássio Ramos however easily saved by the left post.

The wind increased when Victorino Frederik made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorino Frederik in the 53rd minute of play forced Karhulan Veikot's goalkeeper Cássio Ramos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Karhulan Veikot's Stamatis Kritikos got a free kick in the 56th minute. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Mariusz Zalipski advanced and headed the ball into goal, 1-2 in the 60th minute. The supporters of Karhulan Veikot booed when Goral Zywiec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Grzegorz Jajecznica didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ohto Lamminen in the 65th minute of play forced Goral Zywiec's goalkeeper Michael Krawczyk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Grzegorz Jajecznica in the 67th minute of play forced Karhulan Veikot's goalkeeper Cássio Ramos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 71 minutes into the game, Goral Zywiec's Grzegorz Jajecznica nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cássio Ramos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Alfred Ewertowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cássio Ramos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dawid Andrychowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stamatis Kritikos during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Karhulan Veikot's Cássio Ramos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barry White in the 86th minute of play. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Karhulan Veikot's goalkeeper Cássio Ramos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cássio Ramos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Barry White in the 91st minute of play. Cássio Ramos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dawid Andrychowski in the 93rd minute of the match. Alfred Ewertowski kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Janne Töpperwien received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Michael Krawczyk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cássio Ramos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dawid Andrychowski in the 96th minute of play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
