Mao Shu Gang made in the 64th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Zhou immediately put the ball in play. 65 minutes into the game, Carolo Maju was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Islas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alexandria Team08 the free kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zhou got free with Vicente Ipar in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 89 minutes into the game, Alexandria Team08's Zhou nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vicente Ipar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. After having played for 93 minutes, Péter Bánhegyi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alexandria Team08's supporters crossed their fingers, but Péter Bánhegyi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Alexandria Team08 getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Radu Barna hit a great ball. The Islas FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Alexandria Team08's performance. The match ended with a win for Alexandria Team08.
