Faustão Abraão started the match with the kick off. With a little luck, Alexandria Team08's Panait Frânculescu got control of the ball when Ferhan Saik tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 6th minute, Zhou made a precise shot to the right of Farid Mondragon. 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 13 minutes into the match, Alexandria Team08's goalkeeper Panait Frânculescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ferhan Saik. An unexpectedly hard shot by Faustão Abraão in the 17th minute of play forced 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB's goalkeeper Farid Mondragon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 32 minutes into the match, 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB's Ferhan Saik sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Panait Frânculescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ferhan Saik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Panait Frânculescu having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Faustão Abraão in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Farid Mondragon saved 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB from getting behind. Ferhan Saik could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Panait Frânculescu made a huge save. After 41 played minutes Alexandria Team08 got a freekick which was hit by Cosmin Apostu. 43 minutes into the match, 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB's Ferhan Saik sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Panait Frânculescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Faustão Abraão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Farid Mondragon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Alexandria Team08 were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Leonides Xacintu made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB's goal looked a bit too open when Faustão Abraão came free, but Farid Mondragon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB's Farid Mondragon got control of the ball when Zhou tried to sneak it across the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, Alexandria Team08's goal looked a bit too open when Leonides Xacintu came free, but Panait Frânculescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 66 minutes into the game, Cihangir Türkol cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. After having played for 72 minutes, Faustão Abraão managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alexandria Team08's supporters crossed their fingers, but Faustão Abraão was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vincent Kompany lost his temper 76 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 76 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB! Farid Mondragon went to the wrong direction when Kılıç Özyuva was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. The supporters of 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB booed when Alexandria Team08 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zhou didn't get a good kick on the ball. Panait Frânculescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Levan Dost in the 83rd minute of play. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB's goalkeeper Farid Mondragon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 95 minutes, Kılıç Özyuva mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alexandria Team08 and the 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Alexandria Team08 getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Kılıç Özyuva hit a great ball. Farid Mondragon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Faustão Abraão, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute.
