In the 10th minute, Fredrik Åström made a precise shot to the right of Pablo Patrone. Espigão Steamrollers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Espigão Steamrollers were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after AC Mayonnaise's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Carlos Fernando Azevedo took the corner. AC Mayonnaise's Ksawery Bondel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save AC Mayonnaise from getting a goal against them. Carlos Fernando Azevedo made a great header on Espigão Steamrollers's corner, it was just that AC Mayonnaise's Ksawery Bondel managed to reach the ball for a save. 35 minutes into the match, AC Mayonnaise's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Faria came free, but Ksawery Bondel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th minute, Emanuel Messi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roneixon Siqueira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ksawery Bondel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fredrik Åström in the 42nd minute of play forced Espigão Steamrollers's goalkeeper Pablo Patrone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 43 minutes into the game, Roneixon Siqueira recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ksawery Bondel. Roneixon Siqueira showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Fredrik Åström made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, AC Mayonnaise's Fredrik Åström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pablo Patrone narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The throw-in from Tarcisio Galvão in the 57th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by AC Mayonnaise's Emanuel Messi. Fredrik Åström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pablo Patrone read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. AC Mayonnaise's Fredrik Åström got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With an all-out effort, AC Mayonnaise's Pablo Patrone threw himself towards the right post 61 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Anfilogino Lazzaro, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ksawery Bondel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Fernando Azevedo in the 66th minute of play. Tarcisio Galvão hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. AC Mayonnaise's Simon Clementsson was substituted for Anfilogino Lazzaro. A collision led to Espigão Steamrollers getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Tarcisio Galvão hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Espigão Steamrollers's Luisinho Cearense got a free kick in the 84th minute. When Elias Tharaldsen came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the AC Mayonnaise fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elias Tharaldsen couldn't finish the play. Ksawery Bondel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tarcisio Galvão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emanuel Messi hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Luisinho Cearense made in the 90th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Tarcisio Galvão. 93 minutes into the game, Espigão Steamrollers's Roneixon Siqueira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ksawery Bondel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. AC Mayonnaise's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
