AZURDUY F.C.'s Károly Bogdán suffered a concussion in the 19th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. When Gogo Tino fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Barrialito AFC's protests and gave Gogo Tino a yellow card for diving instead. In the 19th match minute, Barrialito AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gogo Tino to maneuver through the defense.
