The CİCERO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ennio Orsini should have stopped the shot. Viktor Axelsson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 6thth minute tested the skills of Ennio Orsini when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ennio Orsini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Isbășoiu in the 11th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alfonso Irureta during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of CİCERO booed when FC MCM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfonso Irureta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Călin Prunaru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Taner Tuğkan in the 16th minute of play. CİCERO's Ennio Orsini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viktor Axelsson in the 17th minute of play. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by CİCERO's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cristi Maniu was slow to take the kick. During this time FC MCM's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on FC MCM's corner Cristi Maniu fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ennio Orsini quite easily take care of the ball. In the 20th minute, FC MCM's Viktor Axelsson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Călin Prunaru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Taner Tuğkan in the 26th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Eusebiu Astafei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 34th minute FC MCM were awarded a corner. Cristi Maniu went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Cristi Maniu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ennio Orsini quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Călin Prunaru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geri Zekai in the 36th minute of the match. Viktor Axelsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ennio Orsini read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Arcan Sargınal charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arcan Sargınal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 40 played minutes CİCERO got a freekick which was hit by Arcan Sargınal. A collision led to CİCERO getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Serter Haymanalı hit a great ball. After 43 played minutes, FC MCM's Cristi Maniu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ennio Orsini came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC MCM reached it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Viktor Axelsson was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute of the match FC MCM got a corner. CİCERO's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cristi Maniu ran over to the corner to take the kick. Cristi Maniu made a great header on FC MCM's corner, it was just that CİCERO's Ennio Orsini managed to reach the ball for a save. 58 minutes into the match, CİCERO's goal looked a bit too open when Viktor Axelsson came free, but Ennio Orsini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th minute, Serter Haymanalı hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 75thth minute of the game Cătălin Agulescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CİCERO's Ennio Orsini was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 78 minutes, Cătălin Agulescu made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. CİCERO's Ennio Orsini tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Călin Prunaru stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ahmet Necdet Yunus's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. Alfonso Irureta hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Călin Prunaru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Necdet Yunus in the 92nd minute of the match. The CİCERO fans' excitement grew in the 92nd match minute when CİCERO's Ahmet Necdet Yunus looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
