In the 6th minute Willie Colon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Carlos Viana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. João Carlos Viana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andoni Viguri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Atlético Municipal's Aristides Caldas got a free kick in the 13th minute. TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's Zézinho Pinho was substituted for Dagoberto Furlan. João Carlos Viana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar De León in the 16th minute of play. 18 minutes into the game, Ruan Mozer recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Chuan Cintron. Ruan Mozer showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. When Claudinei Novaes fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's protests and gave Claudinei Novaes a yellow card for diving instead. Atlético Municipal's Henry Fiola was substituted for Claude Sena. After 22 played minutes TRICOSHOW F.CLUB got a freekick which was hit by Claudinei Novaes. 29 minutes into the match, TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's Ruan Mozer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Chuan Cintron narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 30 minutes Atlético Municipal's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Linus Thanner who took care of the corner kick. A very nice done corner allowed Giuseppe Ramalho to score against Chuan Cintron in Atlético Municipal's goal. 2-0 after 30 minutes. In the 33rd minute, Ruan Mozer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Chuan Cintron was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

TRICOSHOW F.CLUB made a substitution. Alan Campbell replaced Zézinho Pinho. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Stanislaw Kasprzykowski to make the kick off. After 54 minutes of play, TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's Stanislaw Kasprzykowski made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Chuan Cintron was left in no man's land by his defense there! Chuan Cintron stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stanislaw Kasprzykowski's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. João Carlos Viana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andoni Viguri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Giuseppe Ramalho scored 5-0 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Chuan Cintron, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stanislaw Kasprzykowski in the 63rd minute of play forced Atlético Municipal's goalkeeper Chuan Cintron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andoni Viguri in the 64th minute of play forced TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's goalkeeper João Carlos Viana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. João Carlos Viana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oscar De León in the 66th minute of the match. João Carlos Viana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oscar De León, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. 72 minutes into the match, TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's goalkeeper João Carlos Viana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andoni Viguri. 74 minutes into the game, Willie Colon recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of João Carlos Viana. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andoni Viguri got free with João Carlos Viana in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Atlético Municipal booed when TRICOSHOW F.CLUB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giuseppe Ramalho didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 96 minutes of play, TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's Ruan Mozer made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Chuan Cintron was left in no man's land by his defense there! TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
