The audience was convinced that Xiao Zhen Yun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nichlas Vesterdahl was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Nichlas Vesterdahl made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ahmet Ali Yücesan in the 39th minute. The supporters of H4K.BR booed when Randers A.F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Børge Buhr didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 46 played minutes Randers A.F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Børge Buhr.

The wind increased when Xiao Zhen Yun made the kick off in the second half. Randers A.F.C. made a substitution. Alberto Dunixi replaced Zbyszko Drozdowski. Nichlas Vesterdahl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Ali Yücesan in the 76th minute of play. Igor de Barros came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Randers A.F.C.'s Terri Bulk. But to his dismay, Terri Bulk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2.
