Corinthians's defense didn't have a chance, in the 13th minute, when Alfredo Treglia scored to the left of an out of position Jaime Almeida, making the score, 1-0. Stanislaw Tuliszewski got a throw-in 17 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Abdi Saygın Helvacıoğlu.
