A well-hit corner resulted in Aureliusz Nowak heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Nikolay Bonkov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Radomir Kochanowicz's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Garlic Eaters's Fitz Lambley sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Franciszek Plech narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radomir Kochanowicz in the 17th minute of play forced Garlic Eaters's goalkeeper Nikolay Bonkov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 19 played minutes Garlic Eaters got a freekick which was hit by Justin Collingwood. Garlic Eaters's Nikolay Bonkov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elio Montana in the 20th minute of play. In the 24thth minute of the game Radomir Kochanowicz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Garlic Eaters's Nikolay Bonkov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Radomir Kochanowicz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nikolay Bonkov was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Aureliusz Nowak blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nikolay Bonkov having to make a save. Franciszek Plech made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Jozef Lewandowski sent off a good shot on target. Nikolay Bonkov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ryszard Zatorski in the 38th minute of the match. Nikolay Bonkov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ryszard Zatorski's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Radomir Kochanowicz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nikolay Bonkov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. Nikolay Bonkov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radomir Kochanowicz in the 47th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Radomir Kochanowicz made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Garlic Eaters was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sofronio Zamora to maneuver through the defense. Nojwiynksze Chachary 04's Radomir Kochanowicz got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Radomir Kochanowicz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Nikolay Bonkov made a huge save. Nikolay Bonkov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aureliusz Nowak, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Aureliusz Nowak struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Nikolay Bonkov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nojwiynksze Chachary 04. Garlic Eaters made a substitution. Greg Gavan replaced Fitz Lambley. Garlic Eaters's Pavol Stano was substituted for Tommy Hanley. In the 78thth minute of the game Radomir Kochanowicz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Garlic Eaters's Nikolay Bonkov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Nojwiynksze Chachary 04's Arkadiusz Soszka got a free kick in the 80th minute. Antony Best fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Franciszek Plech having to interfere. With a little luck, Garlic Eaters's Nikolay Bonkov got control of the ball when Radomir Kochanowicz tried to sneak it across the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, Jozef Lewandowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Franciszek Plech. Nojwiynksze Chachary 04's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jozef Lewandowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. The Nojwiynksze Chachary 04 supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Nojwiynksze Chachary 04 would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
