Xilo Aguilo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartolo Cordoba in the 7th minute of play forced Santoryu FC's goalkeeper Ercole Carnevale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armindo Amado in the 12th minute of play forced Santoryu FC's goalkeeper Ercole Carnevale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Armindo Amado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ercole Carnevale was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 12 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Armindo Amado sped through Santoryu FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ercole Carnevale. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edwin Söderberg got free with Ercole Carnevale in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Xilo Aguilo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dennis Nero went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Xilo Aguilo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teodoro Chale's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. After 27 played minutes Santoryu FC got a freekick which was hit by Cesare Romano. Xilo Aguilo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dennis Nero in the 30th minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, Santoryu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bartolo Cordoba came free, but Ercole Carnevale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edwin Söderberg came free with the goalkeeper in the 37th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ercole Carnevale could save by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edwin Söderberg got free with Ercole Carnevale in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Xilo Aguilo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodoro Chale in the 39th minute of the match. Dennis Nero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Baldemar Losantos made a kick off. Ercole Carnevale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armindo Amado in the 56th minute of play. A collision led to Uzumaki FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Josias Ortiz hit a great ball. Santoryu FC's Elia Strano couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 58th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Uzumaki FC. When Santoryu FC's Teodoro Chale in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Uzumaki FC's goalie prevented a goal. Bartolo Cordoba hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Santoryu FC made a substitution. Andrea Muciaccia replaced Elia Strano. After a rather tough play, Uzumaki FC's Bartolo Cordoba got a free kick in the 67th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Teodoro Chale managed to get in a good position for a shot. Santoryu FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Teodoro Chale was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xilo Aguilo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 73 minutes, Teodoro Chale managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Santoryu FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teodoro Chale was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Santoryu FC made a substitution. Yıldırım Buminhan replaced Dennis Nero. Teodoro Chale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Uzumaki FC's Xilo Aguilo got control of the ball when Teodoro Chale tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Uzumaki FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Benjamin Pavard hit a great ball. Yıldırım Buminhan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Xilo Aguilo came out and tried to block the shot, but Yıldırım Buminhan slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 79th minute. The Santoryu FC fans' excitement grew in the 82nd match minute when Santoryu FC's Teodoro Chale looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With 84 minutes on the clock, Benjamin Pavard commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Santoryu FCs' Xilo Aguilo just managed to throw himself towards the right post in the 87thth minute after Teodoro Chales penalty, and stop a certain goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teodoro Chale in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Xilo Aguilo saved Uzumaki FC from getting behind. Cesare Romano hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute Teodoro Chale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xilo Aguilo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Uzumaki FC's attentive Flor Cuervas managed to snatch the ball when Frank Andreassi made a throw-in in the 95th minute of the game. With his leg Xilo Aguilo managed to avoid a goal in the 96thth minute, when Santoryu FC's Teodoro Chale fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Cesare Romano kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Santoryu FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
