In the 13th minute, Vítor Mota hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andreas Hernaiz got free with Fabrício Simões in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andoni Donadoni in the 15th minute of play forced FC NORDLAND's goalkeeper Joar Frisck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC NORDLAND's Joar Frisck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andoni Donadoni in the 17th minute of play. In the 19th minute Jailson da Silva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joar Frisck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hjalmar Pettersson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Fabrício Simões tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fabrício Simões took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andreas Hernaiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andoni Donadoni to make the kick off. Andoni Donadoni struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FC NORDLAND fans cheered their team off the field, for while Inter de Munique had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
