Cris Courtois made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 12 minutes into the match, Wambalamba FC's João Carlos Vianna sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fabrício Simões narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 13 minutes into the match, Wambalamba FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eusébio Barros came free, but Cris Courtois reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Inter de Munique's Fabrício Simões played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brian Finnman in the 20th minute of play. Fabrício Simões showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Carlos Vianna in the 24th minute of the match. Fabrício Simões took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juarês Donato, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Wambalamba FC booed when Inter de Munique was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Trindade didn't get a good kick on the ball. Brian Finnman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jailson da Silva kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Inter de Munique's Fabrício Simões played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robin Steckamp in the 42nd minute of play. Eusébio Barros could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Cris Courtois made a huge save. 46 minutes into the match, Inter de Munique's goal looked a bit too open when Robin Steckamp came free, but Fabrício Simões reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th match minute, Inter de Munique was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jailson da Silva to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

52 minutes into the match, Inter de Munique's goalkeeper Fabrício Simões had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Robin Steckamp. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juarês Donato in the 57th minute of play forced Inter de Munique's goalkeeper Fabrício Simões to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juarês Donato succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 59th playminute. After a defensive mix-up in Inter de Munique's zone, Juarês Donato stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabrício Simões came out of the goal and Juarês Donato tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nilmar Eger struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Cris Courtois didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Inter de Munique. Cris Courtois showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renaud Verdonckt in the 67th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the match, Wambalamba FC's goal looked a bit too open when Renaud Verdonckt came free, but Cris Courtois reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute of the match, Robin Steckamp got a very nice opportunity to score, but Fabrício Simões was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 74th minute, Wambalamba FC's Juarês Donato ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fabrício Simões. Fabrício Simões yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. Robin Steckamp's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 78thth minute, Fabrício Simões skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 83 minutes into the game, Renaud Verdonckt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Cris Courtois was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 86 minutes, Eusébio Barros mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Inter de Munique and the Wambalamba FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Inter de Munique's Eusébio Barros got a free kick in the 87th minute. In the 87th minute, Eusébio Barros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cris Courtois showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andoni Donadoni in the 90th minute of the match. The Wambalamba FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
