Inter de Munique's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Glentown FC the free kick. A collision led to Inter de Munique getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. With a left leg Fabrício Simões saved Inter de Munique from getting behind. 41 minutes into the match, Inter de Munique's goal looked a bit too open when Hasta Alfonso came free, but Fabrício Simões reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hasta Alfonso let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 42nd minute shot 2-0 at rihgt post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The audience was convinced that Miromir Gdowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabrício Simões was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game.
