Agah Ergüner was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Faustão Proença showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 77 minute of play. If Faustão Proença had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Silvinho Mesquita struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Agah Ergüner didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gurdurão. Gurdurão's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
