In the 3rd minute, Silvano Bazil ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zavier Wagner was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ambrosio Sarmanton got free with Ignacio Valery in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 14 minutes, Federico Quinten managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eigtheenstars 2's supporters crossed their fingers, but Federico Quinten was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 24 minutes into the game, Eigtheenstars 2's Jose Atarratze nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zavier Wagner made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. A collision led to Fire Breathers FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Dei Mercado hit a great ball. After 31 played minutes Fire Breathers FC got a freekick which was hit by Jakue Cameno. In a very dangerous position, a player in Fire Breathers FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 32nd minute. Penalty! In the 40th match minute, Fire Breathers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciano Trasloseros to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Fire Breathers FC booed when Eigtheenstars 2 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dong Hui Ke didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Eigtheenstars 2 were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Fire Breathers FC made a substitution. Teodovico Javia replaced Ambrosio Sarmanton. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jose Atarratze to strike the kick off in the second half. Zavier Wagner made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Nunez Txartiko sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Silvano Bazil got free with Zavier Wagner in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Osmundo Careaga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ignacio Valery was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Ignacio Valery took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osmundo Careaga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Silvano Bazil could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Zavier Wagner made a huge save. After some careless play in the Eigtheenstars 2 defense, Teodovico Javia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ignacio Valery. The Eigtheenstars 2 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ignacio Valery should have stopped the shot. Denis Pierres could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Zavier Wagner made a huge save. Silvano Bazil received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zavier Wagner came out and tried to block the shot, but Silvano Bazil slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 82nd minute. A collision led to Fire Breathers FC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Osmundo Careaga hit a great ball. In the 86th match minute, Eigtheenstars 2 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oscar Ruggieri to maneuver through the defense. In the 87th minute, Teodovico Javia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Osmundo Careaga scored 2-4 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ignacio Valery, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Zavier Wagner made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Denis Pierres sent off a good shot on target. When the match clock showed 96 minutes, the score became 2-5 when Silvano Bazil sped through Fire Breathers FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zavier Wagner. When the match was over Eigtheenstars 2 could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Fire Breathers FC throughout the match.
