With an extended leg and a bit of luck Holger Vester prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Hammarby IF's goalie and right to Celso Gabirel. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Hammarby IF's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Maxi Braga made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Francesco Totti sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Francesco Totti in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. When the match clock showed 19 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Francesco Totti sped through ♚ Bastardos del Rey ♚'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Maxi Braga. Edmund Sand might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Holger Vester. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edmund Sand ran back to his position shaking his head. Holger Vester stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmund Sand's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. After 26 played minutes Hammarby IF got a freekick which was hit by Silas Duarte. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ionuț Corbu in the 28th minute of play forced Hammarby IF's goalkeeper Holger Vester to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Edmund Sand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Gösta Söderberg fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hammarby IF's protests and gave Gösta Söderberg a yellow card for diving instead. 34 minutes into the match, Hammarby IF's goal looked a bit too open when Alemdar Yavuzalp came free, but Holger Vester reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 35 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when ♚ Bastardos del Rey ♚'s Alemdar Yavuzalp fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Francesco Totti who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 37thth minute tested the skills of Maxi Braga when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 41 minutes Hammarby IF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ciprian Peptan who took care of the corner kick. Controller Serapio thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Holger Vester, a very annoying self made goal in the 41st minute which led to 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alemdar Yavuzalp made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Edmund Sand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Holger Vester saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ♚ Bastardos del Rey ♚'s Maxi Braga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francesco Totti in the 53rd minute of play. In the 55th minute, Alemdar Yavuzalp left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ♚ Bastardos del Rey ♚ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. A collision led to ♚ Bastardos del Rey ♚ getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Ionuț Corbu hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Francesco Totti in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maxi Braga saved ♚ Bastardos del Rey ♚ from getting behind. 68 minutes into the match, Hammarby IF's Francesco Totti sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maxi Braga narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Maxi Braga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celedonio Dominguez in the 71st minute of play. A hard shot 76 in the game by Alemdar Yavuzalp from a close distance when the talented Holger Vester managed to make a qualified save. Hammarby IF's players were relieved. Edmund Sand's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Holger Vester read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. If Carmelo Barto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Holger Vester showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alemdar Yavuzalp, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. 85 minutes into the match, Edmund Sand had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Holger Vester. Hammarby IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edmund Sand was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. Hammarby IF's Holger Vester played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alemdar Yavuzalp in the 88th minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Hammarby IF's goalkeeper Holger Vester had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alemdar Yavuzalp. Edmund Sand's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Holger Vester read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. After 95 played minutes ♚ Bastardos del Rey ♚ got a freekick which was hit by Ionuț Corbu. ♚ Bastardos del Rey ♚'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
