The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Frédson Schmidt made in the 2nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Aldo Cazorla immediately put the ball in play. In the 6th minute Agah Özver shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Merdin Merdaci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rodrigo Beliran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicodemo Saravia in the 8th minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, ☠QUINTERO☠'s goal looked a bit too open when Agah Özver came free, but Merdin Merdaci reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 12 minutes of play, ☠QUINTERO☠'s Leoncio Baburizza made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rodrigo Beliran was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 19th minute Agah Özver shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Merdin Merdaci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Merdin Merdaci prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Frédson Schmidt went to the cornerflag to take it. ♣ Natural Mystic OFF ♣'s Agah Özver got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 44th minute of the match, Edmund Sobczak got a very nice opportunity to score, but Merdin Merdaci was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicodemo Saravia in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rodrigo Beliran saved ♣ Natural Mystic OFF ♣ from getting behind. After a rather tough play, ♣ Natural Mystic OFF ♣'s Bernt Drake got a free kick in the 47th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Agah Özver was the one to do the kick off. ☠QUINTERO☠'s Merdin Merdaci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agah Özver in the 52nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in ☠QUINTERO☠'s zone, Agah Özver stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Merdin Merdaci came out of the goal and Agah Özver tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. ☠QUINTERO☠'s Casimír Ambrosetti was substituted for Leoncio Baburizza. In the 69th match minute, ☠QUINTERO☠ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Noureddine Zaaf to maneuver through the defense. ♣ Natural Mystic OFF ♣ made a substitution. Fernan Casado replaced Maximo Abajas. After a rather tough play, ☠QUINTERO☠'s Noureddine Zaaf got a free kick in the 70th minute.
