The referee showed Romeo Horado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 7 played minutes KEZ Toppfotball got a freekick which was hit by Albert Svendsrud. La Mano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredinho Vieira in the 10th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, KEZ Toppfotball's goal looked a bit too open when Rory Jobson came free, but 王斌城 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the KEZ Toppfotball defense, Rory Jobson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of 王斌城. The KEZ Toppfotball fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that 王斌城 should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Yuan Xing Lin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but 王斌城 was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. 王斌城 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yuan Xing Lin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gone With the Win's La Mano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Saltnes in the 35th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Keiran Tubbs in the 38th minute of play forced KEZ Toppfotball's goalkeeper 王斌城 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. La Mano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Okanalp Boyraz, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After a defensive mix-up in KEZ Toppfotball's zone, Yuan Xing Lin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 王斌城 came out of the goal and Yuan Xing Lin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alfredinho Vieira was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Keiran Tubbs left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gone With the Win fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. After having played for 55 minutes, Keiran Tubbs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gone With the Win's supporters crossed their fingers, but Keiran Tubbs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yuan Xing Lin got free with 王斌城 in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Yuan Xing Lin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but 王斌城 made a huge save. 79 minutes into the match, KEZ Toppfotball's goal looked a bit too open when Keiran Tubbs came free, but 王斌城 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 83 minutes into the game, Yuan Xing Lin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. 王斌城 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Keiran Tubbs might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over 王斌城. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Keiran Tubbs ran back to his position shaking his head. Keiran Tubbs's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 王斌城 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. In the 90th minute of the match Gone With the Win got a corner. KEZ Toppfotball's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rory Jobson ran over to the corner to take the kick. If Stew Sykes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute, Yuan Xing Lin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of 王斌城. The goal made the score 0-5. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Gone With the Win had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
